• Preparation for product inspection for defects
• Pre-treatment to prepare the product and decide on the optimum pre-treatment recipe. This is done based on the fiber type and make-up of the product, its origin and quality, and the purpose of product.
• Dyeing: Depending on the usage of the product, proper dye stuff and finishing processes are identified and applied.
• After treatment is important through the "soaping" mechanism to ensure optimum fastness of dyes on product.
• Finishing: this is one of the most crucial steps for a successful product. A final treatment with softeners would give the required hand feel, and the needed product handle properties.
