At CCC we pride ourselves for investing in the latest technologies used at every stage of our highly automated fabric-processing operations. Using sophisticated circular (with lycra option) and flat knitting machines enables us to manufacture a collection of superior fabrics, such as: (Single Jersey, Rib, Pique, Interlock, Fleece, Stripes, Drop Needle, Mini-Jaquards, and many others).
The production of the entire range of body fabric and trims is carried out using the same yarn lot to guarantee a perfect matching during the dyeing process. Fabric finishing involves detailed inspection both throughout and following the knitting process.

To meet the growing production order of its clients, Cairo Dyeing Centre was created in 2007, as a natural expansion of Cairo Cotton’s existing dyeing plant to provide large quantities of dyed yarn and fabric.

Dyeing techniques used are for dyeing cellulose fibre and its blends with reactive dyestuff by exhaustion.

Our state-of-the-art dyeing equipment operated by qualified engineers and technicians is an integral part of our production process.

A salient feature of our process is a most modern lab equipped with the latest machinery for circular and open-width finishing.

Additionally, various quality control tests are conducted upon completion of the dyeing process to verify colour matching, fabric weight, shrinkage, piling, flammability, colour fastness, crocking, torque, and PH.

Step 1: Patterns and Marker

The client sends an electronic copy of the sample for reproduction and costing. The type of sample in the quantities asked by the client is then produced meeting the specifications and shipped according to set deadlines.

Step 2: Cutting
Approving the fit samples, the pre-production meeting is scheduled to finalize the design for the marker. For the mass cutting stage, automatic air cushion spreading machines are used to align the fabric and start cutting following the marker’s design using band and hand knife cutting operated by protected experienced cutters.

Once clients approve the fit sample, which is developed based on their specifications; we provide them with a preproduction sample.
Next is the cutting stage where we use automatic air cushion spreading machines followed by band and hand knife cutting operated by our specialized and experienced cutters.

Because of the proficiency sewing and pressing needs, our workers spend sufficient time in the training department before they join this section.
Their competency, dedication and disciplines, supported by our modern machines, make it possible for us to produce according to clients' exact specifications.

In-house training includes mechanical know-how, quality standards; practical exercise includes needle change, types of stitches, machine operation, explanation of sewing defects and how to solve them, and filling bobbins.
